Killik Shrubs

I had yet another great opportunity to help out on a fieldwork trip entirely unrelated to bridges or the scour that occurs beneath them. This time it was mapping shrub density in e the northern reaches of the Brooks Range and Gates of the Arctic National Park. Yes I carried a gun, no I did not necessarily know how to use it. Photos will be beautiful... some other day.
